All our prices are shown in £ sterling and include VAT at the current rate. Prices may be changed without notice.
No contract is created until we have accepted your order. Once an order has been accepted there is a binding sale contract between the retailer and the customer. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers we will not process your order and therefore there will be no contract between the retailer and consumer. We will instead alert you immediately to the actual price of the goods and you then have the option to proceed at an updated price. We will only process any such order with your explicit authority. Prices quoted are subject to stock availability.
Payment methods and security
Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card, Delta or Maestro via our secure payment provider – PayPal.
We take every precaution to protect your information both online and offline.
We aim is to deliver all goods ordered within 10 working days to Northern Ireland addresses from date of the order being accepted. If you live the Republic of Ireland we can deliver but you may incur additional charges (e-mail us for a quotation).
If the product that you have selected is not available at the time of placing your order, and it is necessary for us to order directly from the manufacturer, you will be contacted to confirm delivery arrangements. We will keep you up to date with the progress of your order if the item is delayed for any reason.
If you decide not to continue with the order, any payment you have made will be re-credited to your account within 30 days of your order. This does not affect your statutory rights.
* Larger Item Delivery
Outside Northern Ireland or the UK:
As we are based in Northern Ireland, for larger items over 15Kg, please contact us for more information about shipping (this does NOT apply to Fires or TVs).
It is you responsibility to check your goods upon delivery for shortages or damage and to make a note of such on the carriers consignment note when you sign for the goods. Any damage must be reported to us by phone or e-mail within 24 hours of delivery.
Product images, descriptions and specifications are shown for guidance only. For more detailed information and specification contact the manufacturer. Some products may require set-up and/or assembly; for example TV’s, Home Cinema , Hi-fi , & set top boxes may need manually tuning. TV stands/cabinet stands may need assembly. Washing machines need to have transit bolts removed etc. Please read all installation instructions before attempting an install.
Gas appliances will need to be commissioned /installed by a regulated Corgi engineer.
If you are unable to set-up, assemble or install a product yourself, you are advised to contact a competent person.
Recycling of electrical and electronic equipment
Under the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations members of the public can deposit old electrical and electronic items at recycling sites across the UK, free of charge.
The WEEE regulations aim to reduce the quantity of electrical and electronic items disposed of in landfill sites and will encourage everyone to play a part in protecting the environment for future generations.
As retailers of electrical and electronic products, we fully support this regulation, and we have joined the Distributor Take-Back (DTS) scheme – which has helped develop a new UK recycling network for waste electrical products. To find your nearest recycling sites for waste electrical and electronic products, contact your local council, or visit www.recycle-more.co.uk and type your postcode into the recycling bank locator.
With the level of fraudulent orders being placed on the internet increasing, we now have additional measures in place to check orders made via our website.
All orders are checked as thoroughly as possible using the information provided. However as a result of these extra security measures, it is possible that we might need to speak to you prior to the goods being dispatched and may put the order temporarily on hold whilst we do so.
All our products are supplied with a (1 year minimum) manufacturer’s guarantee that is valid from the date of delivery. These guarantees cover domestic use only and do not cover faults caused by accidental damage, misuse or neglect. Any product offered with an extended warranty which is more than 1 year, may have this underwritten by a third party insurance company.

Please provide as much detail of your complaint as possible, including product details and dates and times of communication with our company where applicable.
Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within five working days following the day after the date of delivery and return the goods supplied to us for a full refund. You must notify us in writing or by email within the seven days of your intention to cancel the contract. If you cancel your order, any goods supplied must be returned to the retailer at your own expense within 7 days of your notice to cancel.
Providing the goods are returned unused, in original condition complete with all packaging, in an as new condition and all accessories and leads including any free gifts you will receive a full refund, less any delivery and/or collection charges, within 30 days of giving us your notice to cancel. We are unable to accept back goods for a credit if they are unwanted gifts or non-faulty items 7 days after the purchase date. These Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
In the unlikely event that your product develops a fault within 30 days of receipt, please contact us to arrange return and inspection. We will usually exchange or refund the item provided it is still ‘as new’ and the fault has not been caused by accident, misuse or neglect.
If your product develops a fault after the 30 day period but within the manufacturers guarantee period, we will arrange to have the item repaired.
For large and/or less portable items, we will arrange for a manufacturer approved engineer to visit you and repair your item free of charge.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
